The GOAL:

The goal was to boost appointments and ROI. While Outsell brought an AI-driven customer engagement platform, they needed Better Car People's expertise in direct, personalized outreach. This partnership combined Outsell's data-driven insights with Better Car People's experienced live agents to effectively engage customers.

Our Solution:

Outsell teamed up with BetterCarPeople
for this project. We used Outsell's Buyer Detection Program to focus on customers likely to buy cars. By merging Outsell's tech with dealership data, we identified these potential buyers. Our team then contacted them to arrange dealership visits. The first results were so good that Chevrolet and Outsell decided to try this out in more dealerships in different areas.

As a result:

We achieved significant results with a 20.6% increase in dealership visit appointments and doubled the success rate compared to the pre-pilot phase. Our strategy led to a fourfold improvement in ROI, and we saw a 50% boost in vehicle sales, particularly in a high-potential customer segment.
